Monitoring membership

The monitoring plan starts with visibility, clear limits, and the specific RES version running at each location.
Read-only and outbound only
The agent will send approved observations outward to RES3700. It will not expose an inbound POS connection or provide unrestricted remote shell access.
Version-aware monitoring
Current development starts with RES 5.4 and newer systems. RES 4.x and unknown versions will enter discovery mode until their checks are safely validated.
